Is your due diligence period ending soon? We offer quick turn-arounds on Level 3 Soil Surveys at an affordable cost. Our normal service area for soil surveys includes most of North Georgia.
We also provide Level 2 Soil Surveys (a suitability study—not for permitting) and Level 4 Soil Surveys (an intensive study for lots with poor or marginal soil).
We have extensive experience designing and permitting residential and commercial septic systems. If your property has soil that is unsuitable for a conventional septic system, we can explore your options to use alterative systems and products approved for use in the State of Georgia (aerobic treatment units, Eljen modules, drip emitters, etc.).
We can also prepare hydrogeologic determination reports and assist with the permitting of Non-Domestic Septic Systems (NDSS) and Land Application Systems (LAS).
We specialize in affordable Erosion, Sedimentation & Pollution Control (ES&PC) plans for residential properties. Are you building within a common development or within 200-ft of a stream or lake? We can provide you with the required ES&PC plan.
A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) is an essential part of due diligence prior to purchasing commercial real estate. A Phase I ESA will determine if a recognized environmental condition(s) (REC) is present on a property. A REC may pose a risk to the environment and/or human health and could be a significant liability to the purchaser. If a REC is identified on a property, a Phase II ESA may be conducted to characterize how soil, soil vapor, and groundwater have been impacted.
