Soil Surveys
Do you need a septic permit or is your due diligence period ending soon? We offer quick turn-arounds on Level 3 Soil Surveys (perc tests) for a competitive cost. Our normal service area for soil surveys includes most of North Georgia.
We also provide Level 2 Soil Surveys (a suitability study—not for permitting) and Level 4 Soil Surveys (an intensive study for lots with poor or marginal soil).

Phase I & II ESAs
A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) is an essential part of due diligence prior to purchasing commercial real estate. A Phase I ESA will determine if a recognized environmental condition(s) (REC) is present on a property. A REC may pose a risk to the environment and/or human health and could be a significant liability to the purchaser.
If a REC is identified on a property, a Phase II ESA may be conducted to characterize how soil, soil vapor, and groundwater have been impacted.
